What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell pet insurance policies through inside sales
- Manage over 100 sales tasks daily, with a focus on outbound calls
- Overcome objections and effectively ask for the sale
- Participate in live chat with customers to provide assistance
- Organize daily follow-up tasks and obtain customer feedback to enhance services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of property and casualty (P&C) insurance sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build immediate relationships with customers
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
- Well-organized with superior time management skills
- Experience in veterinary technology is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Resident P&C license is preferred but not required; licensing will be provided upon hire
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in inside sales, business development, or insurance sales
