What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and assess client needs to match properties that fulfill those needs
- Follow up on buyer inquiries and guide them through the purchase process
- Network and promote to discover new business opportunities
- Lead a minimum of 25 to 50 buyers annually through the home-buying journey
- Provide exemplary service and advice to all clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current NV Real Estate License
- At least 3 months of NV Real Estate sales experience
- Proficient with the MLS
- Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree
- Background in customer service, sales, or real estate sales
- Spanish language skills
