What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert high-quality inbound leads into satisfied Medicare Advantage clients
- Master proven sales scripts for various call types
- Match clients with optimal plans using expert analysis
- Manage appointments and callbacks to build robust sales pipelines
- Stay compliant with CMS guidelines and industry regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years in telesales, with at least 1 year in Medicare Advantage (inbound calls)
- Active health insurance license in NC, SC, FL, UT, TN, TX, MD
- Non-resident licenses in 10+ states
- 2025 AHIP certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Top-notch communication and sales skills

- Experience with UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and/or Wellcare contracts
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Flexibility for peak season hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM in all time zones)
