What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide insurance coverage solutions to policyholders via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer requests and correspondence accurately and courteously
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience
- Prepare necessary documentation such as Auto ID Cards and Certificates of Insurance
- Review policies during the Pre-Renewal process and send appropriate documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma; post-secondary education is helpful
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required
- Minimum of two years of experience in the insurance industry or phone queue experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, with strong keyboarding skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Personal and/or Commercial Lines insurance products
- Ability to achieve 6,000-6,500 keystrokes per hour with minimal errors
- Familiarity with the Applied/Epic Agency Management System
- Reliability and a positive attitude with attention to detail
- Willingness to work until 6:00 pm CST several times each month
