      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct initial diagnostic assessments and psychosocial evaluations for new clients
      - Provide individual psychotherapy services
      - Meet daily productivity requirements set by the agency
      - Serve as a therapist consultant to Mental Health Rehabilitation Services and case managers
      - Enter session notes into the agency's medical record system and adhere to documentation timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have an LICSW, LPC, LGSW, LMFT, or LGPC license in good standing with the District of Columbia
      - Must possess a National Provider Identification Number (NPI)
      - Strong knowledge of CBT and Trauma Informed Framework
      - Experience with substance use disorders and trauma-related disorders
      - Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in mental health counseling
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
      - Experience working with diverse populations
      - Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing requirements
