What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build new and grow existing relationships with agents and agencies to increase revenue from life and annuity sales
- Consult and advise agencies to provide value-added strategies for business growth
- Develop business plans in targeted markets to strengthen distribution relationships
- Establish and manage strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Conduct training on products, processes, and services offered by National Life Group

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in life and/or annuity product distribution
- Preferred industry designations include CLU®, ChFC®, and CFP®
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with a focus on indexed products and living benefits
