      Your training is provided in house in both group and individual settings. All professionals on our platform have access to the training necessary to learn what it takes to be successful.

No prior experience is required as you will be fully trained through the company. You will assist clients in achieving their financial goals, creating personalized financial strategies, and providing guidance and support in various financial matters.

      Responsibilities
      • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, and other marketing strategies
      • Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
      • Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
      • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date

      Qualifications
      • Must pass a background check
      • Must be 18+ years old (Federal Requirement)
      • Must currently reside in the United States
      • If you don't have a Life & Health License, must be willing to study and pass whichever state you're residing in
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
      • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
      • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
      • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
      • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
