What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist policyholders with the insurance claims process and monitor the progress of claims
- Assess new customers' insurance needs and financial standing through consultations
- Grow the customer base by networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing strategies
- Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support regarding billing, coverage, and policy inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records of all client interactions and contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service or sales is highly valued
- Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
