      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with policyholders to develop tailored insurance profiles based on their needs
      - Remain educated about insurance types and policy changes to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Listen attentively to new and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs
      - Maintain accurate sales databases, client reports, and bookkeeping records
      - Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Self-motivated and hardworking
      - High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree is a plus
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Current Life & Health insurance license is highly valued
