      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and requests
      - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs professionally
      - Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting problems and providing solutions
      - Process transactions and requests including account updates and service changes
      - Document customer interactions accurately in the system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience
      - Previous experience in a high-volume call center is a plus
      - Knowledge of the life insurance industry is highly desired
      - Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active FINRA Series 6 license (or the willingness to obtain one after being hired)
      - Superior attention to detail
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills
      - Continuing education through LOMA (Life Office Management Institute) or insurance education annually
