      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a customized sales approach to establish and nurture a client base for Life Insurance and Health Sales in Solon, OH
      - Keep abreast of industry advancements, insurance products, and regulations to offer valuable guidance to clients and team members
      - Build partnerships with local and state government bodies to provide financial security and protection
      - Showcase the potential for becoming a respected leader in Life Insurance and Health Sales
      - Collaborate with underwriters, sales team members, and account managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
      - Willingness to obtain or already possess a valid insurance license in the state of Ohio within 15 days
      - Prior experience in a similar position or as an insurance agent is beneficial
      - Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
      - College degree is not a mandatory requirement for this position
