We are looking for virtual sales reps in the field of life insurance. Ideal candidates would already be licensed. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit and amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency where we assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

You'll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Contact qualified leads- no cold calling
• Form relationships with new clients
• Evaluate customer needs and consult with best coverage options
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Handle customer inquiries as they arise
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Pass a background check, live in & be authorized to work in the USA
• Have a computer/laptop with camera & mic & printer & Internet service
• Have -- or be willing/able to get -- a Life Insurance license in your state (this takes about 2 - 4 weeks)
• Work in customer service field or phone sales experience valuable
• Previous life insurance experience a plus
• Be willing to learn, roll up your sleeves, and get to work!
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
• Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus
• Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
