What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote AAA Life Insurance Simplified Issue products through inbound sales calls in a call center environment
- Facilitate sales conversations with prospective customers, explaining product benefits and conducting needs analysis
- Submit accurate life insurance applications and follow internal processing procedures
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals and performance expectations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing questions and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School degree required; some college-level coursework preferred
- Current license to sell life insurance, with maintenance of applicable state licenses
- Basic understanding of life insurance operations, policies, and various insurance products
- Ability to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends
- Experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a sales role within the life insurance industry
- Familiarity with call center operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster customer relationships
- Knowledge of industry trends and product changes
