What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on products
- Assist clients in applying for appropriate coverage and support them throughout the underwriting process
- Successfully follow up on pending business requirements
- Participate in training and one-on-one mentorship programs to learn step-by-step sales systems
- Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently hold a Life Insurance License in your home state or be willing to obtain one
- Consistent access to a computer with internet access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong passion for working with and helping others
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to ongoing self-improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Demonstrated ability to be coachable and willing to learn the system
- Background in financial services or insurance
- History of achieving personal goals and maintaining a growth mindset
