      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote the sale of life insurance products in a high-volume call center environment
      - Recognize and promote cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to achieve sales goals
      - Complete necessary applications and forms while adhering to internal processing procedures
      - Provide advanced technical and product information in response to customer inquiries
      - Achieve established sales goals and performance expectations set by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
      - Minimum of 2 or more years of sales and/or customer service experience required; at least one year in insurance and/or financial services preferred
      - Current license to sell life insurance
      - Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer-focused service
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products
      - Ability to work extended/irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
      - Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
