      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate profitable advanced life sales and estate planning from agencies in the assigned territory
      - Make systematic calls to agents to assist in sales, underwriting, and education
      - Communicate company philosophy, policies, and business methods to the agency force
      - Attend and participate in sales and educational meetings for the agency force
      - Maintain call reports and software systems to track agency interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the assigned territory
      - Life Insurance Producer's license preferred
      - Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
      - Strong listening and public speaking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFc), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
      - Experience in training agencies on software and sales techniques
      - Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
