This is semi-skilled and skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical equipment used in sewage/wastewater lift stations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, and a minimum of one year experience in mechanical maintenance and repair work; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence. May be required to obtain an Alabama Grade IC Wastewater Certification.
