What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and manage training, testing, and development data for ASR and NLP model development
- Participate in design meetings to clarify data requirements for NLP & ASR teams
- Design and implement annotation jobs, including guidelines and job setup
- Train annotators and ensure the quality of project data meets established standards
- Provide linguistic expertise for target languages, including dialects and phonetic annotation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in linguistics or related field
- Native or advanced-level proficiency in English, Spanish, and French
- 1+ years of experience with linguistic annotation
- 0 - 3 years of data analysis experience, including SQL and data manipulation
- Basic experience with Python, including pandas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with research and scientific literature reviews
- Strong interest in supporting machine learning and data science development
