What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of docketing, including calendaring deadlines for federal, appellate, and state court cases across the U.S.
- Review documents and correspondence to determine deadlines and ensure accurate docket entries
- Respond to inquiries from case teams regarding docket accuracy and procedural questions
- Conduct electronic research on court cases to maintain accurate records
- Learn and apply knowledge of court rules and procedures across various jurisdictions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience as a docket specialist
- Proficient in rules-based docketing
- Advanced computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CompuLaw is desired but not required
- Thorough knowledge of NYSCEF and CM/ECF systems
