      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work at the direction of attorneys and paralegals to provide comprehensive legal support
      - Manage all State and Federal Court e-filings efficiently
      - Organize legal files and ensure proper documentation is maintained
      - Draft routine legal documents as required
      - Provide general office support to facilitate operations within the legal department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working with legal departments or in litigation, including administrative support
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      - High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
      - Interest in learning various tools for knowledge management and vendor engagement
      - Strong communication skills, especially in conveying complex technical concepts simply
      - Experience fostering teamwork and collaborating with cross-functional partners
