Job Description
- Req#: 32242302086
- Prepare and file legal documents, including motions and subpoenas.
- Retrieve and manage records from courts and administrative agencies.
- Review pleadings for accuracy and verify legal citations.
- Organize and track both digital and physical case files.
- Conduct research and provide guidance on procedural matters.
- 3+ years Litigation Paralegal experience.
- Bachelors degree preferred, 6450 compliance required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong grasp of litigation procedures.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and summarizing complex information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, document management, and eDiscovery software.
Our client is a mid sized regional California law firm with a congenial family friendly environment. Our client's practice is in a specific niche that helps make California a better place to live for everyone - especially our children. They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their San Francisco or East Bay office.
Our client has a remote hybrid schedule where employees come in one day per week.
