What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication and relationship needs
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings for probate and estate litigation
- Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage statutory docketing
- Prepare and file estate planning documents, including inventories and distribution plans
- Provide legal assistant support, including document management and coordination of meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3+ years of experience handling Arizona probate and estate litigation paralegal work
- Technologically proficient with case management systems and standard office software
- Must have a reliable home office setup with a computer, WiFi, and phone
- Available during business hours Monday to Friday, or as agreed upon with clients
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with drafting software specific to the legal field
- Ability to work independently at least part-time
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products and Google applications
- Strong communication skills that foster client trust and satisfaction
