What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist trial attorneys in organizing and preparing cases for trial in Virginia state and federal courts
- Communicate with clients and healthcare providers to gather necessary information and documents
- Prepare correspondence, discovery responses, and other court pleadings related to litigation
- Schedule dates for court hearings, trials, depositions, mediation, etc.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal with familiarity in Virginia personal injury law
- Working knowledge of court rules and procedures for General District and Circuit Courts; experience with litigation in Federal court is a plus
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and case management systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with litigation in Federal court
- Additional certifications or training in legal studies or paralegal studies
