What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with evaluating the cost/benefit analysis of legal actions against defaulted customers
- Prepare civil litigation cases, including drafting and filing legal complaints and related documents
- Manage and monitor litigation queues and data input to CRM systems
- Develop working relationships with outside lawyers and collection agencies to assess progress on matters
- Analyze corporate and personal financial data to determine appropriate legal actions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of relevant paralegal/commercial litigation experience, preferably in the financial services sector
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with equipment financing or banking sector litigation
- Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
- Previous experience in negotiating settlements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in group settings
