What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Sciences field or related lab experience
- Minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience in customer service or telephone support
- Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of life sciences workflows or hands-on laboratory experience in a research lab setting
- Experience in remote selling (phone or digital) and customer consultation
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
