      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary client liaison and project manager, overseeing all administrative and managerial aspects of the contract
      - Coordinate and complete projects, setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities
      - Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status and progress
      - Lead and direct the work of team members while fostering a collaborative work environment
      - Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to project standards and compliance with government policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 8+ years of relevant experience in project management
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments
      - Proven leadership and team management skills
      - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), MSTeams, and SharePoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the United States Postal Service (USPS)
      - Familiarity with USPS facilities and real property-related tools, processes, and databases
      - Holder of USPS Public Trust clearance
