What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and manage online courses, assignments, discussions, and assessments for a diverse range of learners
- Conduct quarterly course audits and implement quality control practices to enhance course delivery
- Produce and integrate asynchronous webinars into the LMS to boost learner engagement
- Develop comprehensive training plans and KPIs aligned with the ADDIE model to optimize online learner experiences
- Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to create content that fosters change adoption

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in instructional design and learning management systems administration
- Extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly in HR, Payroll, Asset Management, and Finance
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective training materials
- Strong data analysis skills to create summative reports that inform strategic improvements
- Experience managing daily operations of LMS to support student success

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILTs) and In-Person Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs)
- Background in managing budgets and project schedules across multiple virtual platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and functional training implementation
