      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage LMS content creation initiatives and technology integrations
      - Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including consultants and subject matter experts
      - Prepare and document project deliverables, including project plans and status reports
      - Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions independently, utilizing a bug ticket system
      - Evaluate and improve existing LMS approaches and strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related LMS work experience
      - Proven experience with project management methodologies, particularly in technology
      - Solid knowledge of LMS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and Storyline SCORM programming
      - Experience working with technical product management teams
      - Strong communication skills for diverse audiences in various formats

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Ziiva/Prosperity system
      - Previous leadership experience in managing project teams
      - Familiarity with adult learning principles and learning program design
