What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assemble complete loan packages by gathering necessary documents from borrowers
- Ensure loan files are accurate and meet all requirements, proactively addressing any missing information
- Coordinate crucial steps such as opening escrow accounts, scheduling inspections and appraisals, and securing necessary insurance
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering borrower questions and maintaining open communication with relevant parties
- Assist with maintaining Loan Officer databases and contribute to marketing efforts through email and direct mail campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in retail loan origination
- Proficiency in Encompass360 is essential
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending principles, procedures, and regulations
- Knowledge of various loan programs (Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA)
