What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs
- Consult on strategy and resolution of unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative business solutions
- Analyze target conversion portfolios and validate converted data
- Write SQL to perform data profiling and assist in general ledger reconciliation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience
- Proven experience in AFS to LIQ Conversion automation
- Proficiency in writing mapping rules and validating converted data
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating and reconciling data
- Experience in consulting or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Familiarity with Technology Business Systems Consulting
- Previous consulting experience in a financial services setting
- Strong communication skills for engaging with client personnel
- Ability to innovate and deliver long-term solutions
