What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish strong connections with referral partners, borrowers, and agents to support the loan process
- Facilitate loan applications digitally, by phone, or in person, ensuring a smooth journey for clients
- Gather and organize all documentation needed for underwriting to ensure seamless loan processing
- Maintain consistent communication with borrowers to address questions and concerns
- Stay informed about mortgage products and procedures to advise clients effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of continuous experience in a mortgage-related role, with 5+ years preferred
- Proficiency in analyzing credit reports, income, and asset documents, and knowledgeable in FHA, VA, CONV, and USDA products
- NMLS licensed or willing to become licensed if needed
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to make clients feel valued and informed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a role such as Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Partner, Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter
- Deep understanding of mortgage systems and procedures, including DU and LP
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
