What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Loan Officers by completing initial support tasks in the loan file life cycle
- Serve as a point of contact for borrowers, guiding them in collecting information and completing documents
- Streamline interactions with borrowers using CRM tools to enhance communication and tracking
- Monitor loan pipeline information and ensure compliance with Encompass Loan Origination system regulations
- Collaborate with team members to provide critical updates and communication throughout the loan process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active NMLS# is required
- Minimum of a BA/BS degree or 2+ years of loan officer support experience, preferably in retail residential mortgages
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting others
- Detail-oriented with a self-motivated attitude towards productivity
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and embrace a culture of excellence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with loan origination software, specifically Encompass and Optimal Blue
