      Your mission: Service clients at the highest level, this includes analyzing customer credit, reviewing income, assessing documents, communicating by phone, texting, and emailing effectively to ensure efficient, successful loan closures. Work with a top team of processors and support while your two top loan officers drive business growth. You'll excel in fast pre-approvals, submissions, and structuring mortgages.       Responsibilities
      Document Review: Scrutinize each document in the loan package for omissions, discrepancies, and errors. Notify the clients and team promptly.
      Customer & In-House Inquiries: Address all transaction-related inquiries and provide quotes when necessary to ensure exceptional customer service.
      Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact during the "contact to contract" phase, liaising between clients, referral partners, and the loan officer.
      Loan Application Coordination: Complete loan applications, gather necessary documents, run DU/LP/AUS, send closing cost worksheets to borrowers, and prepare impeccable files for processing.
      Relationship Building: Maintain and build relationships with borrowers and referral partners to retain current customers and attract new ones.

      Qualifications
      Master of Time Management and Client Engagement: You must be the driving force behind our efficient pipeline, a master of time management. You'll conquer every file with precision, solve problems swiftly, and complete outstanding tasks thoroughly. A daily routine of engaging with clients by phone, providing timely updates, and assisting them with any missing items. Transform challenges into opportunities and create a seamless experience for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
      Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and Non-QM guidelines. Quick at finding solutions.
      Credit & Income Analysis: Skilled in reviewing credit reports, solving issues, and accurately analyzing income. Can pre-approve a mortgage loan in 3 hours or less.
      Comprehensive Experience: Proven track record of taking a mortgage loan from application to funding, managing every step to meet deadlines.
      NMLS License: Current NMLS license or willingness to get licensed within 90 days.
      Technical Proficiency: Familiar with automated underwriting systems like DU and LP.
      Experience: 2+ years as a LOA/Loan Partner, Processor, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter required; 5+ years preferred.

      Skills: Superb follow-up, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
