What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for all processes within the repossession area
- Act as a subject matter expert in all components of the repossession industry
- Assist in training new employees and ongoing departmental training
- Provide analysis and feedback to supervisors regarding necessary actions to protect the interests of the credit union
- Maintain courteous communication in high-pressure situations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of repossession experience in consumer auto loans required
- Excellent telephonic communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly while providing accurate information
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive keystrokes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is desired
- Experience in both direct and indirect auto loans is a plus
