What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and maintain reporting and remittance deadlines for assigned Agency Investors
- Accurately perform investor reporting and remitting to avoid penalties and fees
- Resolve reporting or remittance differences through detailed loan level analysis
- Perform custodial account reconciliations and monthly cash reconciliations
- Assist with loan transfers, purchase information reconciliations, and investor set up

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or one-year certificate from college or technical school
- Minimum of one year in mortgage servicing industry, Investor Accounting required
- Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or Ginnie Mae loan servicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Black Knight/MSP loan servicing software
