This is a Field Local Marketing Manager position responsible for the Houston, Texas and surrounding Markets

Local Marketing Manager

The Local Marketing Manager is a highly motivated and strategic Leader with success in executing local marketing initiatives, building partnerships, and driving community engagement within local communities. This Leader will report to the Director of Local Marketing and champion our expansion efforts as we continue to grow our 45- unit chain.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in local marketing, community engagement, or a related role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Campaign Execution

• Implement local marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Local Marketing to develop creative and impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Partnership Activation

• Assist in the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships within the local community.
• Execute partnership activation plans, ensuring that both Rodeo Dental and partners receive maximum value from collaborations.
• Coordinate logistics for partnership events and activations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Sponsorship Coordination

• Support the Director of Local Marketing in evaluating and managing sponsorship opportunities.
• Coordinate sponsorship activations, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of sponsorships into broader marketing initiatives.

Community Engagement

• Implement initiatives to foster community engagement and enhance Rodeo Dental's local presence.
• Represent Rodeo Dental at local events, building relationships with key community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Local Marketing to identify opportunities for Rodeo Dental to contribute to local health and wellness initiatives.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Assist in the collection and analysis of data to measure the success of local marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular reports to the Director of Local Marketing, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
• Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.

SCHEDULE: This position requires a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as business requires – including evenings and weekends.
