      Locum GP Opportunity Thursdays & Fridays Friendly, Supportive Practice Main Practice & Branch Site £85 per hour 2.5-hour sessions (AM & PM) Regular weekly cover Thursdays & Fridays

      We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Locum GP to join our welcoming team for regular sessions on Thursdays and Fridays, covering both our main site and branch surgery.

      Main duties of the job

      Session Details:

      2 sessions per day (morning & afternoon)2.5 hours per session 13 patient contacts per session: 11 face-to-face ,2 telephone consultations

      2 admin slots for self-generated workload .

      We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Locum GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking practice for regular Thursday and Friday sessions. The role involves two 2.5-hour sessions per day across our main and branch sites 1 day each site, with 13 patient contacts per session (11 face-to-face, 2 telephone), and 2 admin slots for self-generated work. We use EMIS Web and Docman to support efficient clinical workflow. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a well-organised team and excellent administrative support.

      Qualifications

      Essential

      • Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
      • nclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List
      • Completion of GP specialty training (CCT or equivalent) and entry on the GP Register
      • Right to work in the UK
      • Appropriate medical indemnity cover
      • Up-to-date Basic Life Support (BLS) and Safeguarding training
      • Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills
      • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
