      This Opportunity

      Seeking a full-time Aircraft Transient Alert Team Member in Iraq in support of LOGCAP V. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.

      Your Impact

      • Communicate effectively with military personnel and be familiar with the airfield SOP and AOI
      • Must be able to communicate with ATC (Air Traffic Control) in English via 2-way radio and maneuver a vehicle safely anywhere on the airfield.
      • Must be able to perform level-10 (operator level) maintenance and repair of the TA FOLLOW-ME truck and the AGE (Aerospace Ground Equipment).
      • Must pass the local (airfield specific) TA training course.
      • Must be able to perform the duties of TA while in full body armor when required to be in PPE level 2.
      • Must be able to Identify safety hazards or conditions on the airfield and report that to the Airfield Operations Coordinators, the Airfield Supervisor, The Airfield Manager, or ATC immediately.
      • Able to Marshall (guide) aircraft into parking position, using hand and/or light signals.
      • Must Secures aircraft in parking position with chocks, tie-downs, and grounding wires.
      • Must conduct pre & post-arrival/departure checks of the parking ramps and aircraft maneuver paths to ensure the area is FOD free.
      • Must keep the daily log (AF IMT 861) of all transient aircraft arrives and departures.
      • Perform work in Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Which also requires personal protective equipment (PPE) for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
      • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work is performed primarily outdoors under all types of weather conditions with exposure to loud noise, exhaust fumes, and various types of chemicals.
      • Must be able to work overhead with arms raised for extended periods with great deal of standing, climbing, bending, and stooping.
      • Other duties as determined.

      Required Qualifications

      • Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
      • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
      • Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date.
      • Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
      • Must satisfy and maintain CENTCOM MOD-17 medical requirements
      • Must be able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

      Additional Required Qualifications

      • Ability to read and interpret technical publications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
