Job Description

- Manage the complete inward and outward dispatches from Head Office
- Maintain, manage and track all dispatches to existing and new clinics
- Manage the return of unusable inventory to vendors
- Manage the warehouse
- Handle, manage and track all HI repair
- Provide MIS relevant to repair of HI
- Manage all Equipment repairs
- Forecast the requirement of consumables and accessories
- Ensure timely submission of invoices
- Manage the data hygiene in system
- Assist the Supply Chain Team in attaining the team KRAs
- Manage the dispatch of approx. 3000 inward and outward dispatches every month
- Manage repairs of 3000 HI per month
- Ensure that the repairs are done within the prescribed SLAs
- Share MIS pertaining to repair KPIs
- Ensure proper forecasting of consumables and accessories
- And timely dispatch of the above to the clinics
- Ensure that the consumption at clinics is in accordance with the norms
- Ensure timely repair of defective audiology equipment at clinics
- Track and maintain a log of equipment serviceability
- Educational Qualification: MBA with specialization in Operations/Supply Chain
- Excellent Excel skills
- Total work experience of 2-5 years with at least 1-2 years in Retail and/or Healthcare would be a plus
