What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex business problems and develop recommendations for logistics and ERP transformations
- Organize business design sessions to create future state tool, process, and design
- Review and approve Configuration Design Documents and analytics requirements
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system functionality through various testing phases
- Contribute to the cutover plan and monitor data accuracy during migration processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on logistics and ERP transformations
- Experience with business transformation, process improvement, and change management
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP software
- Ability to lead a matrixed collaborative team effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Semiconductor logistics experience
- Master's degree or higher
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
