      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support systems' life cycle management and sustainment activities for client programs and projects
      - Develop Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs) and provide input to contract requirements
      - Collect, monitor, and track deployed system performance while identifying operating deficiencies
      - Assist with the acquisition and implementation of operator and maintenance training programs
      - Conduct Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) sessions and develop funding plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of logistics experience and a bachelor’s degree in logistics management, business, or a related discipline; or 12+ years of logistics experience
      - Previous experience with program or lifecycle logistics management at DoD, DHS, or other civilian agencies
      - Ability to pass a government background investigation
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
      - U.S. citizenship required for a suitability determination

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
      - Active U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) background investigation
      - Previous experience with major weapon systems or federal civilian acquisition programs
      - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
      - Positive attitude and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment
