Analyze backorder lines. Determine if potential reroute to a viable shipping plant based on stock status and order profitability using approximate shipping expense is warranted.
Communicate with sales reps, customer service specialists and/or internal departments on sourcing and/or routing and inventory release decisions.
Work with Manager, Logistics to change guidelines based on specific issues, as needed.
High school diploma.
Ability to estimate simple math computations quickly and accurately.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
Knowledge of Access.
At least 1 year related SAP experience and/or SAP training.
Job Summary
Review incoming sales order for order accuracy to prevent returns. Determine if the order is correct based on information from the system or reach out to sales and customer service to verify. Respond to, determine and coordinate reroute requests from Medline divisions, Sales and/or Customer Service.Job Description

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$20.25 - $28.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
