      A Brief Overview


      The position is primarily based in an office environment, supporting the Operations Coordinators, Supervisors, and Managers with administrative tasks. The individuals in this role will be managing processes that are both ship direct to store and replenishment to warehouses. This will require communication with field teams and contractors on anything order or delivery related.

      What you will do

      • Processes and bills shipped orders. Prepares BOL and shipping paperwork. This also includes interactions with drivers when picking up or dropping off loads

      • Schedules inbound loads, maintains the receiving schedule and processes receiving paperwork. Scheduling includes both phone calls and emails

      • Creates flyer tags for shipping, processing Fed Ex store shipments, processes IPro orders as well as store communication pertaining to those orders

      • Investigation and research of order issues. Communicates those issues appropriately

      • Manages the field inbox for reported issues from Warehouses and retail locations. Responds appropriately and/or forwards the information to leadership for disposition

      • Prepares and processes vendor breakage claims. Maintains claims on file

      • Main liaison between the fulfillment center and the retail location for ship store activity

      • Manages short ships for Add On’s. Reports on them

      • Reports on short shipments, order fill rate and other required reporting

      • Print reports from Korber, including a Summary of Entered Orders

      • Performs other duties as assigned

      • Complies with all policies and standards

      Education Qualifications

      • High School Preferred

      Experience Qualification

      • 1-3 years relevant administrative experience Required or

      • 1-3 years supply chain experience Preferred

      Skills and Abilities


      Physical requirements are inclusive, but not limited to, the following:
      • Ability to work at a physical distribution location.
      • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions in warehouse and dock areas (seasonal heat and cold in environment that is not air conditioned).
      • Ability to satisfy all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements as outlined in the Field Supplemental Handbook (i.e., ability to wear safety glasses while working in the distribution center) (High proficiency)

      Computer Skills are inclusive, but not limited to, the following:
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook
      • Ability to navigate basic computer and/or windows-based operating systems (experience with Oracle and AS/400 software preferred) (High proficiency)
