What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers to monitor inventories and anticipate their production needs
- Arrange and negotiate third-party freight costs for timely servicing of waste pick-ups
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve shipment issues
- Develop relationships with vendors, customers, and freight carriers
- Responsible for all necessary documentation for shipments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must live and work in the US
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of relevant work experience in a customer service role
- Experience with Microsoft Office; basic Excel required
- Work experience that required the use of a computer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous logistical background in transportation or import/export industry
- Order tracking and set up experience
- Data entry background
- Heavy Excel knowledge
- Previous experience working with customer/vendor relationships
