Job Description

- Supports the day-to-day operations of shipments containing clinical trial supplies and samples.
- Ensures a high level of support, service, reliability, and availability to internal departments.
- Efficiently and effectively manages the operations of the section to maintain outstanding standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of two years general logistics experience with clinical trials or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Excellent client and phone service skills.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principles, including pre-analytical, analytic, and post-analytic influences on specimens and results.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language; additional languages are an advantage.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision-making.
- Proven negotiation and problem resolution skills.
- Maintains confidentiality of client protocols and study data.
- Reports to Team Lead Site Services or above.
- Acts as the direct point of contact for couriers for shipping, tracking, receiving, and reporting concerns related to inbound and outbound supply shipments.
