What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers to monitor inventories and anticipate their production needs
- Arrange and negotiate third-party freight costs for timely servicing of waste pick-ups
- Monitor and maintain shipment status via computer system
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues with shipments
- Develop relationships with vendors, customers, and outside freight carriers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of relevant work experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in the transportation or import/export industry
- Data entry background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with customer/vendor relationships
- Customer service experience
