      Job Description :

      Logistics Performance Manager: Africa

      Purpose of role is to work with Africa Markets and Above market team to build and develop logistic improvement and transformation by generating insights and improvement ideas. The role holder will provide transport data analysis and input to the Africa cost council. They will actively track, monitor and provide data & insights to enable key decision making.

      • Drive Logistics insights through data analysis and translate these into improvement opportunities.
      • Provide detailed monthly logistics KPI data, including reconciliation to category team tracking projects, savings, supplier performance (running SPMs)
      • Maintaining all relevant logistics Transport data on systems and offline databases.
      • Provide administration support on key supplier transport projects.
      • Liaising with Supply sites for resolution of escalated issues

      Experience required:

      • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in data analysis or planning
        focused roles
      • Experience of navigating complex business structures
      • High level of Data analysis and management skills
      • Track record of generating insight to influence decision making
      • Thorough systems knowledge in areas such as SAP, PRDM
      • Microsoft office, E-collaborate POWER BI
      • Numerate and ability to apply KPI’s to drive performance management at all levels with CoE teams and suppliers
      • Knowledge of end to end supply chain and customer
        collaboration
      • High degree of interpersonal skills
      • Finance background would be helpful but not essential.

      You’ll have demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles.

      You’re going to be responsible for automated production recording and management reporting systems and so you’ll have proven IT skills
