      WHAT YOU WILL DO:

      As a Logistics Project Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of data-related projects. This includes managing teams, coordinating resources, ensuring data quality and working closely with stakeholders to meet business needs through data-driven solutions. The role will require a strong technical expertise in data management, analysis and integration, along with the ability to communicate effectively across business functions.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      1. Queue Management:

      • Monitor and manage project queues to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
      • Identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
      • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

      2. Stakeholder Meetings:

      • Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
      • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, team members, and project sponsors.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.

      3. Delivering Excellence:

      • Ensure high-quality deliverables and services that meet or exceed client expectations.
      • Implement quality control processes to identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
      • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

      4. Attention to Detail:

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.
      • Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

      5. Problem-Solving:

      • Analyze problems and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles and challenges.
      • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions that meet project objectives.

      ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

      • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management within a technical or operational environment.
      • Proven ability to manage complex project queues, prioritize competing deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently.
      • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across cross-functional teams.
      • Demonstrated success delivering high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Proficiency in managing project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and budgeting with minimal oversight.
      • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
      • Experience coordinating and leading meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, capturing outcomes, and following up on action items.
      • Familiarity with data-driven tools and platforms for project tracking, reporting, or analysis.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
      • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a global team environment.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
