      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the procurement process for OFCI Mechanical and/or Electrical Equipment from vendor purchase order execution to project closeout
      - Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of equipment
      - Conduct regular check-ins with vendors to review timelines, schedules, and project constraints
      - Monitor equipment quality throughout the procurement process and maintain comprehensive documentation
      - Assist in tactical procurement escalations, reconciliations, and reporting as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in data center and/or commercial construction focused on Electrical and/or Mechanical systems
      - Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, Windows, and Procore
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines while working independently
      - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain/Project Management
      - Experience working with vendors and managing procurement processes in a data center environment
      - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical and mechanical systems
