What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the cost, schedule, and performance of all Global Sustainment (GS) logistics tasking
- Serve as the primary liaison with logistics customers and program management
- Manage the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and other logistics services
- Provide direction to functional leads and subcontractors to ensure compliance with GS processes
- Prepare and present GS status updates for internal and external customer briefings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of Proposal Management
- Prior experience in labor/material cost estimation and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
- Demonstrated record of success in a lead project execution role
- Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and the 12 DoD elements of logistics
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Interim Security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with US Army maintenance programs
- Familiarity with Sentinel A4 or similar air and missile defense radar systems
- Knowledge of RMS proposal tools (e.g., GenBOE)
- Experience in ILS product development and related tools
- Strong coordination skills and experience in cross-functional team environments
